Customer Evaluations

This is the similar product as Helizone Combat Fighter 3 Channel Gyro Missile Shooting RC Helicopter but is sold $20.00 less costly. Go figure. I've bought both.
Here is the critique:
I personal a variety of helicopters and they are all enjoyable to fly in distinctive techniques. Other reviewers have written terrific guides about Syma, and I won't waste your time by reiterating what they have mentioned, but I think the Syma helicopters are better in terms of control sensitivity - My Symas seem to have at least three distinct forward/back and rotate speeds, and this has two that I can tell. The missile function is hugely enjoyable. Two cardboard cutouts of tanks are supplied as targets. Wind from the rotors can knock them down, so preserve a bit of distance. Successful straight line range of the missiles is about three feet, but it really is also enjoyable to "bomb" a target from a height.
The controller is fairly well constructed, with the missiles being triggered from buttons situated where your left and right index fingers naturally sit at the shoulders of the controller. A nice touch is the speed manage button, which limits speed to about 1/2 - useful for beginners.
My key gripes with this helicopter is the reality that it really is particularly noisy, and the sort of plastic applied for the body shell is slightly brittle - I managed to crack the nose (a really minor point, and doesn't affect the flying). Still, in a seriously spectacular crash I managed to bend the rotor shaft, causing vibration and a lot more noise. Spare parts are obtainable from the webpage listed in the instruction manual, but are somewhat high priced when compared to your initial investment ($6.00 per part of the rotor shaft, plus shipping). Here are my observations on this helicopter:
Pros
1) Missiles add a entire new dimension of fun
2) Fantastic value for the price tag
3) Fun and stable to fly
4) The rotor throttle manage (controls up/down) is not spring loaded
five) Can charge from controller or the USB charging cable that is included
6) Fairly durable
7) Spare parts are readily accessible
Cons
1) Plastic shell is even more brittle than Syma helicopters
two) Significantly noisier than the Syma 108 and 109
3) Spare parts are fairly highly-priced compared to the initial outlay

I purchased this toy for my 10 year son. He LOVES playing with it, infact it was the initial Christmas gift he opened. He spent pretty small time learning how to control the helicopter. Infact he figured it out especially rapidly. Added blades are provided so if a blade cracks or breaks, it can be replaced.
